An elimination diet is where you don’t eat certain foods or groups of foods for a given amount of time. We like to have patients just try 2 weeks of No Grains, No Dairy, and No Artificial Sweeteners. This is a great way to start.
There are different variations of elimination diets; however, to get results with them you HAVE TO BE STRICT. NO CHEATING! Cheating is the quickest way to not get results and ruin all that effort you put in.
